Where do you ship from?
I make my artworks in the UK and ship it from there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, reach out as soon as possible as I process orders very quickly.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Apple Pay.
When will my order be processed?
All artworks are compiled in my studio upon order and shipped out within 4-5 working days depending on stock availability.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and stock availability, orders may take between 4-8 days to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 7 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the artworks(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact me if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. I will do my best to provide a replacement or a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact me and we will advise you.
